FUNCTIONING AND POLICIES OF POUSADA SOLAR ENCANTO DO MARAJÓ
1 – We do not offer breakfast.
2 – Our Check-in time starts at 12:00 and our Check-out time ends at 11:00.
3 – It is not allowed to smoke inside the suites (Law 12.546).
4 – Smoking is not allowed in the shared kitchen, please use other spaces such as our garden.
5 – Reception opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
6 – Guests will only be able to receive their visits at the reception and common areas, between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
7 – For the well-being of our guests, it is not allowed to use electronic devices with high volume music, and our quiet time is between 22:00 and 09:00.
8 – When using our shared kitchen, please wash your dishes after using it.
9 – Parties/events are not allowed.
10 – We do not offer room service daily (change of bath and bed linen). This service is performed only once, that is, before check-in. We change bed and bath linen free of charge from 4 days onwards, in which case the change will be on the 4th day. Example: Enter on 09/01 and leave on 09/05 (4 nights), the change of bed and bath linen will be on 09/04. If this service is requested in a period of less than 4 nights, there will be an additional cost of R$ 30 for bed linen and R$ 20 for bath linen.
11 – We do not offer daily cleaning service in the suites. This service is performed only once, that is, before check-in. We carry out the cleaning in the suite for free from 4 nights, in which case the cleaning will be on the 4th day. Example: Enter on 09/01 and leave on 09/05 (4 nights), cleaning in the suite will be on 09/04. If this service is requested in a period of less than 4 nights, it will have an additional cost of R$ 30.
12 – The Inn is not responsible for objects left in the suites. Please keep the doors locked when leaving.
13 – Babies up to 2 years old do not pay, above 2 years old will be charged the daily rate as an adult.
14 – We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of the Inn.
15 - The lack of zeal and the misuse that bring damage or loss of objects, such as: Television, furniture, refrigerator, and other items made available to the guest, the guest is aware of the act of reimbursing the Inn the monetary value of the same at the price market.
16 – If there is damage, breakage of dishes or stains on bed linen and towels (wine, hair dye, makeup, sunscreen, etc.), a fine of R$ 50 will be charged.
17 – We do not have a garage, the free parking space in front of the Inn, we are not responsible for any damage or theft inside your car. Guests are kindly requested to keep their vehicle closed and locked.
