Rules and Policies – Pousada Solar Encanto do Marajó
1. We do not offer breakfast.
2. We do not provide daily housekeeping service (towel and bed linen changes). This service is performed only once, before check-in. For stays of 4 nights or more, one free change will be made on the third day. For stays under 4 nights, an additional fee applies: R$30 for bed linen and R$20 for towels.
3. Daily suite cleaning is available upon request.
4. Smoking inside the suites is not permitted (Law 12.546).
5. Smoking in the shared kitchen is not allowed — please use outdoor areas such as our garden.
6. Check-in starts at 12:00 PM, and check-out ends at 11:00 AM.
7. For the comfort of all guests, playing loud music or using high-volume electronic devices is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
8. When using the shared kitchen, please wash and put away your dishes after use.
9. Parties and events are not allowed.
10. The inn is not responsible for items left in the suites. Please keep doors locked when leaving.
11. Babies up to 2 years old stay free. Children over 2 years are charged as adults.
12. We are not responsible for belongings left in the common areas of the inn.
13. Guests may receive visitors only in the reception and common areas, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
14. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss to items such as TVs, furniture, refrigerators, or other property, at current market value.
15. Upon check-out, a suite inspection will be carried out. Stained bed or bath linens (e.g., wine, hair dye, makeup, sunscreen) will incur a R$50 fee. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement value.
16. We do not have private parking. Free street parking is available in front of the inn; however, we are not responsible for damage or theft. Please ensure your vehicle is locked at all times.
17. For reservations made through our website (https://solarencantodomarajo.com.br/
): free cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations made with less notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
18. Reception hours: Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
