1 – We do not offer breakfast.

2 – We do not offer daily room service (change of bath and bed linen). This service is performed only once, that is, before check-in. We change bed and bath linen for free from 4 nights, in which case the change will be on the third day. If this service is requested for a period of less than 4 nights, there will be an additional cost of R$ 30 for bed linen and R$ 20 for bath linen.

3 – We do not offer a daily cleaning service in the suites. This service is performed only once, that is, before check-in. We clean the suite free of charge from 4 nights, in which case cleaning will be on the third day. If this service is requested in a period of less than 4 nights, it will have an additional cost of R$ 30.

4 – It is not allowed to smoke inside the suites (Law 12.546).

5 – Smoking is not allowed in the shared kitchen, please use other spaces such as our garden.

6 – Our Check-in time starts at 12:00 and our Check-out time ends at 11:00.

7 – For the well-being of our guests, it is not allowed to use electronic devices with high volume music, and our quiet time is between 22:00 and 09:00.

8 – When using our shared kitchen, please wash your dishes after using it.

9 – Parties/events are not allowed.

10 – The Inn is not responsible for objects left in the suites. Please keep the doors locked when leaving.

11 – Babies up to 2 years old do not pay, above 2 years old will be charged the daily rate as an adult.

12 – We are not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of the Inn.

13- Guests will be able to receive their visits only at the reception and common areas, between 09:00 and 22:00.

14 – The lack of zeal and the misuse that bring damage or loss of objects, such as: Television, furniture, refrigerator, and other items made available to the guest, the guest is aware of the act of reimbursing the Inn the monetary value of the same at the price market.

15 – Upon departure (check-out) the suite will be inspected. If there are stains on bed linen and towels (wine, hair dye, makeup, sunscreen, etc.), a fine of R$ 50 will be charged; If there is damage or loss of objects, the value of the damage caused or the lost object will be added to the daily rate.

16 – We do not have a garage, the free parking space in front of the Inn, we are not responsible for any damage or theft inside your car. Guests are kindly requested to keep their vehicle closed and locked.

17 – For cancellations of reservations made through our website (https://solarencantodomarajo.com.br/). If you cancel your stay less than 2 days in advance or do not show up on the day of check-in, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

18 – Payments at PIX must send the voucher within 1 hour via whatsapp, if the voucher is not issued, your reservation will be canceled and the suite will be available for reservation again.

19 – Reception opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
